Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your products, if it complies with our returns policy. 

 

 

14 Day Returns policy:

 

Products in which you wish to return/exchange must be brand new/sealed, unopened and untouched. Products that don’t meet this criterion will not be accepted for a return. 

 

Please email us at sales@advancednatural.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. 

 

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Advanced Natural will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
